I bought two of these. They are amazing. You obviously have to hand wash them after removing the batteries. I think a lot of people are putting these in the dishwasher or not removing the batteries when they are hand washed. Make sure everything is completely dry before reinserting the batteries and your mug will last!

I was shocked how fast and well it stirs, it does it so fat it even makes my coffee froth
*Make sure you never submerge it, the battery compartment is on the bottom and it’s not sealed with rubber, probably why it’s so cheap
*Never leave coffee it in it overnight. I did this over a weekend and it made my cup stop working because it gummed up the works even when the cup appeared clean.
I put hot water from the coffee machine with soap and let it sit for a couple of hours and it was fixed.
Simple to wash – I just throw in some hot water and a little soap, hit the button and wash the stirring action clean it for you.
Everyone at my job wants one, I think this makes a great gift! Hope this helped!
